Description
This award is given to a student who has demonstrated consistent engagement in an interprofessional collaborative practice within the clinic, classroom and/or community.
Eligibility
AIHC student member in good standing.
Nature of award
- Certificate
- One year free membership to AIHC
- The award will be publicly acknowledged at national and international conferences such as Nexus Summit 2022 and Collaborations Across Borders
Application/Nomination Procedure:
Nomination submission deadline is September 2, 2022.
- Should a student wish to be considered for this award, they must:
- Submit one letter of support from a faculty member or faculty mentor.
- The nominated student must submit an electronic poster to include the criteria below for award consideration
- The Chair of the AIHC Scholarship Committee will call for nominations.
- The AIHC scholarship awards subcommittee will review nominations and determine award recipient
- Self-nomination or nomination by a faculty member or faculty member is accepted.

Electronic poster to be submitted by the nominated student. Please include the following criteria in the electronic poster:
