Description: This award is given annually to a student who has demonstrated consistent engagement in an interprofessional collaborative practice within the clinic, classroom and/or community.
Eligibility: AIHC student member in good standing.
Selection Criteria:
- Should a student wish to be considered for this award they must:
- Be engaged in collaboration with people from at least one profession other than their own
- Ask a faculty member or faculty mentor to submit this nomination form and letter of support to include the criteria listed below.
- The nominated student must submit an electronic poster to include the criteria below for award consideration
- Faculty letters of support should include the following criteria:
- Description of engagement [project, mentorship, clinical or community experience] in interprofessional collaborative practice.
- Description of outcomes and/or impact on the clinic, classroom and/or community.
- Evidence of demonstrating interprofessional communication, collaboration and excellence as a team member.
- The nominated student must submit an electronic poster which must include the

- Reflection on lessons learned about interprofessional collaborative practice.
